Paneer Butter Masala

This recipe is for 4-5 people. Many people loves to have it.

Ingredients

  • 200gm Paneer 
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 3 Green slited Chilies, 
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 15 Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tablespoon  Mustard Oil
  • 4 tbspCream
  • 2 teasp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teasp Coriander Powder
  • 3/4 teasp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tblsp Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • Salt according to your taste.
 
Paneer Butter Masala

Instructions

  • Cut paneer in medium sized cubes and then grind 3 Onions and make the paste out of it. Grind 3 Tomatoes and make a puree out of it. Grind about 15 cashew nuts and make a paste of them.
  • Heat 4 tblsp oil in a non-stick pan and add whole garam masala . Cook it for 30 seconds. Now add 1 tblsp butter, slitted green chilies, salt, ginger-garlic paste and onion paste. Cook it for 2/3 minutes till the onion paste turns little pink in color. Then add cashew nuts paste and cook it for 3/4  minutes.
  • Now add Tomato puree and 2 teasp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, 3/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder and 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder. I have used Kashmiri red chili powder to make my dish looks  more colorful.
  • Cover the pan with lid and cook it for atleast 15 minutes on low flame.Cook it till the oil begins to separate. Keep on mixing in every 3 /4 minutes to avoid burning.
  • Once paste is dry make sure to taste it for salt and spices and adjust accordingly.
  • Finally add 4 tbsp cream, paneer cubes and chopped coriander and mix it well. Then cover the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Your Paneer Butter Masala Recipe is now ready, serve it with Roti and salad.

Easy Delicious Cake Receipes

Today I am going to share with you some easy and delicious cake recipe. I think you should like it.

Chocolate Cup Cake
Ingredients Flour (Maida) - 250 gms, Sugar - 450 gms, Oil - 125 ml ,Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup, Milk - 250 ml, Warm Water - 200 ml, Baking, Baking Soda - 1 1/2 tsp, Powder - 1 1/2 tsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp, Curd - 250 ml, Muffin Cups as required, butter - 125 gms,   Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup, Milk - 1/4 cup, Vanilla Essence - 2 tspIcing Sugar - 450 gms.

Method :  Combine the cocoa powder, maida, salt baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.- Sieve the mixture twice. - In a separate bowl, then mix the oil, curd,  sugar,milk and vanilla essence. - Beat well until fluffy. Gradually add the flours to the bowl and mix well. - Then add the warm water and mix well. - Line up the muffin cups on a baking tray. - Half fill the cups and place the tray into a  oven at 180C. - Bake for  20 minutes and Remove and cool for 10 minutes. - To make the icing, mix all the ingredients and beat well.  Transfer to a plastic bag with the tip cut off to make a nozzle. - Gently squeeze it over the cooled cakes. -  Finally Serve. 

Cherry Cake
Ingredients :Eggs - 6, separated, Raisins - 1 cup,  Sugar - 1 cup, Almond Extract - 1 tsp, Glace Cherries - 1 cup quartered, sweet Sherry - 4 tblsp, Butter - 2/3 cup,Almond Powder - 2 1/2 cups

Method: Heat a small pan over medium flame. - Add the raisins and sherry and Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes till the sherry is absorbed by the raisins. After that Remove from flame and add the cherries. Then Add 6 tbsp of the almond powder and keep aside. In another bowl, combine the butter and sugar and  Beat until fluffy. Then  Add the egg yolks and almond extract. - Add the remaining almond powder and beat well. - Add the raisins and cherries. - In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add this to the cherry batter. - Transfer this mixture to a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven  and bake for an hour. - , After 1 hour the cake is done. - Remove and cool. - Store in an airtight container for at least 2 weeks. finally you can serve it.

Hyderabadi Biriyani

Ingredients


1 kg meat ,750 gm semi cooked rice,1 Tbsp salt ,1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 Tbsp red chili paste  1 Tbsp green chilli paste sauteed brown onions to taste , 1/2 Tbsp cardamom powder,3-4 sticks cinnamon ,1 Tbsp cumin seeds ,4 cloves pinch of mace mint leaves to taste , 2 Tbsp lemon juice , 250 gm curd , 4 Tbsp clarified butter ,1 tsp saffron ,1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of oil.

Method                                                                          

Clean the meat. Then in a pan add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, sauteed brown onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Add curd, clarified butter, semi cooked rice, saffron, water and oil and mix it well.                                       

Now apply sticky dough on the sides of the pan.

Cover with lid to seal it and cook for about 25 minutes.

Hyderabadi  Biriyani is ready to eat. Garnish it with boiled eggs, sliced carrots, cucumbers and serve hot.
