Paneer Makhni

Panner Makhni is a panjabi poular dish. It is very tasty and easy to make. No longer time shall be use (Only 25-30minutes). So, I suggest you to make it in your own kitchen. Today I share with all of you this easy and simple recipe and this is for 4 people.


Delicious Paneer Makhni
So, here it is-

Ingredients:-

  • 250 gm paneer
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 5 chopped tomato
  • 2 tbsp ghee
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • Seeds of 2 elaichi
  • 1 tbsp tomato ketchap
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp kasori methi
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp cashew Paste 
 

How To Cook :-


1) At first boil chopped tomato and ginger for at least 5 minutes. Now puree in a mixer and keep aside.

2) Then in a kadhai add ghee and elaichi seeds for a minute. Then to it add tomato puree, tomato ketchap, chili powder, garam masala, salt and sugar, mix them well.

3)  Add cashew Paste and kasori methi along with it and then add 1/2 cup of water. Let them cook for some time.

4)Take a non-stick pan place the paneer pieces on it and cook them both sides till they cinvert to golden brown color. Then add the paneer pieces to the gravy.

5) At last add 1/2 cup of milk to the gravy and then cook it. After some time your Paneer Makhni is ready to serve.

Tanduri Chiken at Home



Tanduri Chicken - the delicious recipe for maximum people. Everyone loves to taste it even childrens also. The other name of Tanduri Chicken is Murge Tanduri which takes minimum time to made. Today I am sharing an easy recipe which can easily prepare in oven without using color or butter. These recipe are spicy but no hot.So don't waste your money to bought it from outside and try to make it in your own kichen.

Spicy Tanduri Chicken

Recipe:

1. Wash the chickens properly under running water.  You can wipe them off with simple kitchen tissues to remove extra moisture.

2. Add turmeric, red chili powder, salt and lemon juice and rub the chickens for about 4 to 5 minutes. Set this aside for at least 15 to 20 minutes

3. Mix all the ingredients and marinate the chickens. After that cover and put it in  refrigerater for at least 7 to 8 hours.

4. Heat the oven at 220 C for at least 15-16 minutes.

5.In a pan, add 1 tsp oil to a bowl and stir in little red chili powder and mix and set aside. You can use food color or ready made tandoori masala.

6. Prepare the baking tray with foil.

7. Now with a basting brush apply, the red chili oil over the chickens and place the tray in the oven to bake.

8. Mix 1 tbsp chili oil  left over marination.

9. After 15 minutes, bring the tray out of the oven mix red chili oil over it and bake it again for 5-6 minutes.

10. Bring it out again and flip the chicken to the other side in the oil again. 

11. Bake it for about 10 -12 minutes again.Your Tanduri Chicken is ready to serve.

Paneer Butter Masala

This recipe is for 4-5 people. Many people loves to have it.

Ingredients

  • 200gm Paneer 
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 3 Green slited Chilies, 
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 15 Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 4 tablespoon  Mustard Oil
  • 4 tbspCream
  • 2 teasp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teasp Coriander Powder
  • 3/4 teasp Garam Masala Powder
  • 1 tblsp Fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi)
  • Salt according to your taste.
 
Paneer Butter Masala

Instructions

  • Cut paneer in medium sized cubes and then grind 3 Onions and make the paste out of it. Grind 3 Tomatoes and make a puree out of it. Grind about 15 cashew nuts and make a paste of them.
  • Heat 4 tblsp oil in a non-stick pan and add whole garam masala . Cook it for 30 seconds. Now add 1 tblsp butter, slitted green chilies, salt, ginger-garlic paste and onion paste. Cook it for 2/3 minutes till the onion paste turns little pink in color. Then add cashew nuts paste and cook it for 3/4  minutes.
  • Now add Tomato puree and 2 teasp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, 3/4 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder and 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder. I have used Kashmiri red chili powder to make my dish looks  more colorful.
  • Cover the pan with lid and cook it for atleast 15 minutes on low flame.Cook it till the oil begins to separate. Keep on mixing in every 3 /4 minutes to avoid burning.
  • Once paste is dry make sure to taste it for salt and spices and adjust accordingly.
  • Finally add 4 tbsp cream, paneer cubes and chopped coriander and mix it well. Then cover the lid and cook it for 5 minutes.
  • Your Paneer Butter Masala Recipe is now ready, serve it with Roti and salad.

Easy Delicious Cake Receipes

Today I am going to share with you some easy and delicious cake recipe. I think you should like it.

Chocolate Cup Cake
Ingredients Flour (Maida) - 250 gms, Sugar - 450 gms, Oil - 125 ml ,Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup, Milk - 250 ml, Warm Water - 200 ml, Baking, Baking Soda - 1 1/2 tsp, Powder - 1 1/2 tsp, Salt - 1 tsp, Vanilla Essence - 2 tsp, Curd - 250 ml, Muffin Cups as required, butter - 125 gms,   Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup, Milk - 1/4 cup, Vanilla Essence - 2 tspIcing Sugar - 450 gms.

Method :  Combine the cocoa powder, maida, salt baking powder and baking soda in a bowl.- Sieve the mixture twice. - In a separate bowl, then mix the oil, curd,  sugar,milk and vanilla essence. - Beat well until fluffy. Gradually add the flours to the bowl and mix well. - Then add the warm water and mix well. - Line up the muffin cups on a baking tray. - Half fill the cups and place the tray into a  oven at 180C. - Bake for  20 minutes and Remove and cool for 10 minutes. - To make the icing, mix all the ingredients and beat well.  Transfer to a plastic bag with the tip cut off to make a nozzle. - Gently squeeze it over the cooled cakes. -  Finally Serve. 

Cherry Cake
Ingredients :Eggs - 6, separated, Raisins - 1 cup,  Sugar - 1 cup, Almond Extract - 1 tsp, Glace Cherries - 1 cup quartered, sweet Sherry - 4 tblsp, Butter - 2/3 cup,Almond Powder - 2 1/2 cups

Method: Heat a small pan over medium flame. - Add the raisins and sherry and Cook it for 7 to 8 minutes till the sherry is absorbed by the raisins. After that Remove from flame and add the cherries. Then Add 6 tbsp of the almond powder and keep aside. In another bowl, combine the butter and sugar and  Beat until fluffy. Then  Add the egg yolks and almond extract. - Add the remaining almond powder and beat well. - Add the raisins and cherries. - In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and add this to the cherry batter. - Transfer this mixture to a greased pan lined with parchment paper.
- Place the pan in a preheated oven  and bake for an hour. - , After 1 hour the cake is done. - Remove and cool. - Store in an airtight container for at least 2 weeks. finally you can serve it.

Hyderabadi Biriyani

Ingredients


1 kg meat ,750 gm semi cooked rice,1 Tbsp salt ,1 Tbsp ginger garlic paste,1 Tbsp red chili paste  1 Tbsp green chilli paste sauteed brown onions to taste , 1/2 Tbsp cardamom powder,3-4 sticks cinnamon ,1 Tbsp cumin seeds ,4 cloves pinch of mace mint leaves to taste , 2 Tbsp lemon juice , 250 gm curd , 4 Tbsp clarified butter ,1 tsp saffron ,1/2 cup water and 1/2 cup of oil.

Method                                                                          

Clean the meat. Then in a pan add meat, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, green chili paste, sauteed brown onions, cardamom powder, cinnamon, cumin seeds, cloves, mace, mint leaves and lemon juice. Mix it well.

Add curd, clarified butter, semi cooked rice, saffron, water and oil and mix it well.                                       

Now apply sticky dough on the sides of the pan.

Cover with lid to seal it and cook for about 25 minutes.

Hyderabadi  Biriyani is ready to eat. Garnish it with boiled eggs, sliced carrots, cucumbers and serve hot.

Home Made Pasta

Pasta Ingredients:

  • Spaghetti 350gm
  • Chopped vine tomatoes 7 large vine
  • Olive oil 2tbsp
  • Finely sliced  2 garlic cloves
  • Chili paste 1 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Raw king prawns 300gm
  • Half a small bunch of chopped fresh parsley.      
     

Home Made Pasta

 Method:

  1. Cook the pasta according to pack instructions. Drain, then return to the pan with a good  cooking water.
  2.  Heat a dry pan over a high heat. Add the chopped tomatoes, then cover and cook for 10 minutes. Then remove the pan lid and add the oil,  chilli paste, garlic,and vinegar. Add  salt according your taste, pepper and a pinch of sugar, then simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the pan, then add the prawns to the tomato sauce. Then cook until they are just pink. Add the cooked pasta and chopped parsley to the pan, and  combine them , then serve.

Pizza Made At Home

 Pizza... The Delicious food, I can talk  more about it, but I know one think that everyone loves pizza. when I'm not talking about it I can imagine about it ad infinitum.  Pizza is one of my all time best favourite foods. I urge you to make it at home with simple process, after this you won't even want to look at the restaurants only for Pizza...... It is time consuming, but actually y easy to make, it takes only about half an hour to cook it. , with a lot of waiting in-between. 

Easy Home Made Pizza
               
  • To form the pizza dough into a round, by your fingers to press and stretch a dough ball, working from the center toward the last portion. No tossing necessary!
  •  
  •  For preheat it you can use a pizza stone. Some people prefer cement or Regardless of the material, a stone keeps your oven hot. 
  •  
  • Then preheat the oven for at least 30 minutes before sliding the pizza onto the stone. After that turn on the broiler and cook for about 5 minutes.  

 After this to give it proper shape you can use portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers and basil. 
                  YOUR PIZZA IS READY TO EAT.......................................

 Actually in present days not only adults but Kids also  adore this delicious food.(my small brother can gobble three of these at one sitting).  It is very funny that peoples who loves pizza they don't want to share their Pizza  with anyone. I also had a fun party  where main dish were varieties types of pizza, where everyone got to choose the toppings on their pizza.  Pizza is a great scalable party food, which u can make in minimum time.
